SkyeTrip is an Online Travel Platform. The SkyeTrip (‘the Company, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions. We wanted to inform that these conditions will be applicable only for tour arrangements booked by the clients with the company. Once you book your tickets /package with us, it means that you have accepted our terms and conditions in a correct manner. All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour” or arrangements means the tour arrangements and does not specify anything particular. Please ensure to read over the terms and conditions in our website as to get a clear idea of the respective rights.

a. To Secure your Booking

  • To secure the booking, SkyeTrip requests the customers to pay an amount for minimum deposit. This is mandatory for all the tour packages and sometimes high deposit amount will be asked to cover payment conditions. You need to read over the booking conditions and general information of the selected tour packages. Any doubts regarding the booking process, you can clear over the phone or you can send us email to support@skyetrip.in. The tour company shall assist you in any kind of tour related matters.

  • b. Payment Policy - payment for your Tour
    • 1. 50 % of total amount has to be paid as advance immediately for booking the package.
    • 2. Confirmation of booking will be given after receiving the advance amount.
    • 3. Balance amount has to be paid 20 days prior either account transfer or cash payment only. You will receive the itinerary/ Vouchers of your holiday package within 48 Hrs of your full payments.
    • 4. Failure in payment of balance amount may result in cancellation of hotel booking or may be spoil your tour. As we pay the full booking amount of hotels 20 days prior to check in.

    • c. Change in Booking
    • We request you to check thoroughly and clear all your doubts before payments. Once payments are done we consider your full consent for the package. However, If you are interested to make any changes in the booking, then you are requested to directly mail us - support@skyetrip.in or on the email us on the same email loop where you receive the booking Voucher. The changes will be made on the basis of certain emergency conditions alone. We do not entertain the people to make repeated changes. Minor changes will only be allowed. It will be applicable only under certain conditions.

    • Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy: In case of a cancellation being made by you
      • 1. If cancellations are made above 40 days before the start date of the trip, 35% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
      • 2. If cancellations are made 30-39 days before the start date of the trip, 60% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
      • 3. If cancellations are made within 0-29 days before the start date of the trip, ‘’No Show’’ or 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
      • 4. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

      • 6. No Refund if the flight gets cancelled/Delayed/Rescheduled / Anything beyond our control.
      • 7. No refund for cancellation of the flight tickets at any time after the booking is made.
      • 8. No refund for the trip due to delay/cancellation/rescheduled in the flight timings, However if the guest manages to come at his own cost then the trip could be done as per the itinerary agreed upon. However no refund shall be given for the day missed.
      • 9. No cancellation allowed during Peak season ( i.e. from April 05 –June 30 - NON REFUNDABLE )
      • 10. Flight Fares are Dynamic we are not responsible for fare difference
      • 7. No refund for the trip due to delay/cancellation/rescheduled in the flight timings, However if the guest manages to come at his own cost then the trip could be done as per the itinerary agreed upon. However no refund shall be given for the day missed.
      • 8. No amendment in Hotels/ Houseboat/Camps/ Transport & Helicopter Tickets Once the bookings are done.
      • 9. It is important to know that the amount paid will not be refunded at any cost.

    Flight ticket Payment & Cancellation:
    • The domestic air fare changes on day to day basis, so the quoted air fare may marginally change at the time of booking. (Increase / Decrease). Once the tickets are issued we will charge the applicable air fare as printed on the e tickets.
    • The guest has to make 100% advance payment for the air tickets
    • In case the airline has cancelled that particular booked flight, the full amount will be refunded or the guest will be shifted to an alternate convenient flight.
    • Please note that SkyeTrip shall charge Rs.350 per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the airline cancellation fee.

    Kindly Note:
  • 1. No cancellation allowed during Peak season(i.e. from April 05 –June 30 NON REFUNDABLE )
  • 2. In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  • 3. No Refund if the flight gets cancelled/Delayed/Rescheduled / Anything beyond our control.

  • Terms and Conditions
  • 1. All activities /Tours are subject to weather conditions.
  • 2. SkyeTrip reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • 3. Cab movement is subject to weather conditions, traffic. Alternate arrangements will be made or payload restriction in such cases an additional amount may be charged to the customer.
  • 4. However, SkyeTrip will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-movement of Cab and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
  • 5. Flight tickets are subject to availability. In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be
  • 6. NO Changes in the room type/Hotel is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
  • 7. SkyeTrip reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • 8. Some arrangements or parts of the tour are managed by third party vendors over which we have minimal or no control. Their terms and conditions would be final and binding upon you. SkyeTrip shall not be held responsible for any damage, accident, injury or death caused due to negligence of the vendor involved.
  • 9. No refunds either in part or full shall be made for any unutilized service. In such events, SkyeTrip shall make suitable arrangements by modifying / amending your itinerary / schedule and other services as deemed fit, but would not be liable for any refund / compensation claims arising out of it.
  • 10. No refunds either in part or full shall be made for any unutilized service.
  • 11. Tourism Dirham/Ringgit/SGD Tax will be charged directly to the clients upon arrival at the hotel from 31.03.14 onwards which is applicable for all bookings. These charges are on per night basis based on the hotel category booked.
  • 12. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
  • 13. Any Change in VISA fees, Policies and Govt. taxes will be levied before departure date.
  • 14. Addition of Any services on ground directly by the customer will not be responsibility of Skyetrip.
  • 15. Any Tip for any service isto be paid directly by customer that cannot be a part of package
  • 16. We should not be held responsible for acceptance and rejection of VISA. Its sound decision concerned Embassy.
  • 17. Any sudden rise in Airfare, Hotel rates & other ground service charges should be borne by customer.
  • 18. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
  • 19. If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, SkyeTrip.in reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
  • 20. SkyeTrip reserve absolute right to change your room or property in case of over bookings or in situations of Force Majeure or events that are beyond our reasonable control.
  • 21. All bookings made shall be in accordance with our ‘Terms & Conditions’.
  • 22. All cancellations and refunds of bookings shall be in accordance with the SkyeTrip ‘Cancellation & Refund Policy’.
  • 23. No refund shall be made in case of ‘No-Show’ due to cancellation of flight / cruise/ anything beyond our control.
  • 24. By making payment for this booking, it implies that you’ve read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Brochure/ Website/ Advertising
  • The information contained in our website, brochure, itineraries and other advertising material is believed to be clear and understandable for all the visitors. However, there may be errors occasionally and information may be changed at any time. We request all our customers to check out the terms and conditions before or at the time of booking.   • Note:
    Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due banking procedure. Beside if the refund is made to the credit card amount or to bank account the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

  • By accessing, using, browsing or booking through our Website (s) or Directly or Indirectly through SkyeTrip or its representative(s), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions & cancellation policy and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By accepting our booking terms & conditions, the user is also agreeing to the terms & conditions of the Hotels, aviation services, Airlines, and other associate service providers and vendors.
